Since 1982, the Fireproof Children team has conducted extensive research into juvenile firesetting. In 2004, realizing that our research and training principles were equally of value in addressing injury prevention in general, the company became Fireproof Children/Prevention First. Today our mission is injury prevention and through education, research, training, global educational programs, and organizational partnerships. We provide research-based training and educational materials to fire departments, schools, day care centers, and community agencies. We offer a variety of custom designed workshops.
